The Spurn Ranger started its seasonal service today (Good Friday) and will operate every Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday until the end of October. Because of erosion we are [for now] terminating the service at the Visitor Centre. I will be reviewing this with EYMS in the next week or so. It's sister service The Malton Dodger also starts tomorrow and runs every Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday until the end of September. Operated by Busking on a revised timetable following customer feedback. Next year The Dodger will be operated by EYMS. Both will be joined this year by a little brother The Headlander. All three services form part of Heritage Connections funded by Leader and supported by East Riding of Yorkshire Council. The project is managed by Humber & Wolds Rural Community Council and delivered by The City of Hull & Humber Environment Forum.
